I am staring to think protection is negative for all vaccines in the first few days after initial exposure. This is how the COVID vaccines fueled outbreaks.

I cannot conceive of any mechanism whereby mixing a vaccine with an injectable analgesic or anesthetic would make the vaccine a live virus. However, see below.

I looked at the Lancet article and could not see whether the surveyors determined whether there was a high prevalence of autoimmune disorders on Samoa. The disorders are all hinky, and it is possible that something beyond my understanding is taking place.

Didn't Samoa experience a lens well piercing several decades ago? Lens wells are potential breeding grounds for the next Andromeda Strain.

I had never heard of the Samoa story until just now (followed the link from Jessica Hockett). Looks like a similar case to the assassinations of leaders who wouldn't play ball with the WHO during Covid (Tanzania, Haiti, and others). Deploy a psyop of some kind, where it is very difficult to figure out exactly what was done (and most would be none the wiser anyway), and use the cover story to force compliance. We still don't know what Covid might have been (some number of candidates, perhaps used in various ways at various times), but the fact remains that the C19 virus has never been isolated, and they used a computer-generated sequence from China (a very high Chinese public health official admitted they never isolated it either; if I recall correctly he also wound up dead) to supposedly create the C19 shots (though evidence is strong that this was done well beforehand).

In any event, thanks.

On the other hand, this WHO statement indicates that it would be wrong to blame individuals:

"In Samoa (MMR), there was prompt communication among the relevant authorities and appropriate investigations, but initial attempts to hide the vaccination error and blaming individuals rather than conducting systemic analyses were detrimental to the vaccine programme. The public was not informed of the reasons for the event."

The link following "An investigation cleared the vaccine and blamed the nurses" has the nurse-mixing story. "or elsewhere" is my own speculation.
